When should I be booking my event?Your event booking with your caterer should be first and foremost. The exact menu and decor specifics are not necessary in booked several months in advance; however, you do want to ensure the date is reserved for your event. Deposits are often required to hold large-scale events.

Can Carmen's come to my home?Absolutely! Our staff will work closely with you to help create that special event. We will typically require a site inspection in advance to properly determine the logisitics and possibilities
Can I create my own menu or do I have to choose solely from your menu?Carmen's Catering is happy to accomodate our clients individual needs. We can assist you in creating a specific menu that reflects your ideas, tastes and budget.
Can you accommodate individuals with severe allergies?Carmen's Catering is happy to accommodate clients with allergies or specific dietary requirements. We pride ourselves in being able to offer catering to community as a whole not just a select few!
Should I disclose a working budget? Absolutely... This will allow the caterer to better determine the type of ingredients, requirements and class of the event. Sharing your thoughts is always the best, this way we can ensure we meet your expectations.
How do I pay for my order?We accept Master Card or Visa for orders under $2000.00. Larger oreders must be payed for by cash or a certified cheque.
