Established in 1979 – Carmen’s, a humble family-run bakery and delicatessen located on Concession Street in Hamilton, was all about offering quality, value and service with a smile. With increased demand for the Carmen’s experience, in 1982 the company decided to start catering cold items to corporate and social markets to local establishments – with sales beginning to soar we took a step to fill a void – establishing a full service catering company with preferred and exclusive contracts with various facilities within the Greater Hamilton and Halton regions. After a few years of hard work, * Carmen’s* had firmly established its position within the food and hospitality industry as one of the leading caterers in the region.

Today, Carmen’s Catering of Oakville represents an evolution of full service catering. Offering those same values that sustained our growth, QUALITY, VALUE and SERVICE with a smile – we always aim to exceed expectations.
